Abstract

The three-phase generator is widely used in industrial, commercial, and civilian areas. It can be used as a power source for many mechanical equipment in the industrial field. In business, it can provide a steady power supply to the hotel or market. It can also be used as a backup power source for the home. Traditional single-phase generators are limited by their poor transmission capacity of power and need a lot of cables to produce them. These drawbacks will cause a lot of loss of resources.  This study aims to design and manufacture a reliable low-cost three-phase generator.  The experiment built a three-phase generator based on a generator power test and minimized the number of materials used to solve the problems existing in single-phase phase generators. The experiment can give people who work in the production field a deeper understanding of the internal structure and working principle of the three-phase generator.
