Research on Evaluation and Optimization Design Based on Balanced Diet Recipes

This paper mainly studies how to evaluate the recipe scheme and optimization problem of college students under the condition of existing college canteen food information. The focus is on the data processing of food information. The matrix representation of recipe selection is established, and a mixed integer nonlinear programming model is established. The bi-objective coordinated programming model and so on, according to the characteristics of BARON solution, the objective function is processed, and the balanced diet recipe constrained by food nutrition is obtained, and the results are analyzed and evaluated. According to the existing recipe scheme, based on the nutritional evaluation of five aspects, the weight vector of the scheme is obtained by progressive normalization, and the calculation score is obtained after the evaluation matrix of the scheme is obtained. Aiming at the problem of recipe planning with the largest protein amino acid score, an integer nonlinear programming model with the goal of protein amino acid score is established, and the goal is transformed according to the solution characteristics of BARON. An integer linear programming model with minimum cost is established to solve the most economical recipe planning problem. For taking into account the protein amino acid score and economic issues, a two-objective integer nonlinear programming model with the highest protein amino acid score and the lowest cost was established. According to the actual situation, the benchmark normalization process was set, and it was transformed into a single-objective integer nonlinear programming model. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the model proposed in the paper are studied in depth, and the model is promoted.
